The Early Life of Trevor Southey

Trevor Southey was born in Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe) in 1940. As a young boy, he showed an interest in art and was encouraged by his mother to pursue his passion. He moved to South Africa in 1963, where he studied at the Michaelis School of Fine Art at the University of Cape Town.
